Spotlighting the City and County of Broomfield

Every couple of months or so we hope to spotlight different Broomfield businesses and their Employee Wellness Programs as an example for and to share ideas with other work places. This time we spotlight the City and County of Broomfield's Wellness Program.

The Employee Wellness Program at the City and County of Broomfield provides information to employees that includes information on Health Fairs, links to recreation classes, exercise tips, information on walking and biking trails, a Recipe of the Day, and exercise tips.

They provide outside links to the American Cancer Society; American Diabetes Association; National Institute of Diabetes & Digestive & Kidney Diseases; American Obesity Association; Nutrition.gov; Health.gov; Cooperative Extension for Colorado; and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
